Registration of participants

Registration fee includes:

Attending conference sessions during all three days of the event
Entrance to the exhibition area during all three days of the event
One copy of the printed Proceedings (Abstracts) and access to the online version of the Proceedings (Papers)

Proceedings

If you are not able to attend the event you can order the Proceedings by sending below order to e-mail adress: opatija@hsup.hr .

Printed version of the Abstracts Proceedings contains summaries of all scientific and professional papers with information about the authors, exhibition floor plan, list of exhibitors in alphabetical order with corresponding leased exhibition units and the advertiser’s ads.

E-Proceedings contains complete scientific and professional papers and round tables presentations, all of the above information about the exhibition of gas equipment and the advertiser’s ads.

The Croatian Gas Association and the Croatian Gas Centre Ltd., as the joint controllers, process the personal data of participants in order to process their applications, provide participants with information relating to the Conference & Exhibition, send offers enabling them to actively participate at the Conference & Exhibition and other similar information, including associated marketing materials, all in line with our Privacy Policy.

We would like to inform you that the event is considered public in nature where video personnel and photographers, with whom we collaborate, will be present. The photographs will be published on our website, social media accounts and in marketing materials relating to the event. Information (name, surname, working position, interests) on the participants, who voluntarily register for the event, will be published in the mobile application.

You have the right to object to having your information processed for marketing purposes, in which case it is possible that we will not be able to publish certain personal data publicly or we will not be able to send you certain materials like newsletter containing information about future event, including this Conference & Exhibition, given that such materials may also contain marketing materials. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO PAY IN CASH ON-SITE.

Administrative expenses associated with bank’s transfer bears the payer and payee must receive FULL AMOUNT of registration fee, net of any bank charges.

ALL PARTICIPANTS WHO HAVE REGISTERED THEIR PARTICIPATION AFTER 22nd OF APRIL 2025 ARE REQUIRED TO BRING THE PROOF OF THE REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT TO THE CONGRESS CENTER.
