Exhibition

The conference will be followed by the largest exhibition of gas equipment in Southeast Europe, which will bring together about 45 local and foreign exhibitors, mainly manufacturers and dealers of gas equipment, as well as many other renowned companies and companies already present in the gas market.

This event is also an excellent opportunity for all participants in the gas market to commercially present their companies or organizations and it also serves as a unique place to establish contacts with key energy policymakers in Croatia, the leaders of prominent Croatian and European energy companies, producers and dealers of gas equipment, gas distributors and representatives of local and international research institutions. Participating in this gathering offers a unique opportunity in becoming familiar with best practices and solutions, and the application of which can provide better adaptability and consequently a competitive advantage in a dynamic market.

Interactive networking, targeted topics and reputable speakers represent a combination of science, education, profession and business entities that actively participate in the gas industry. This event provides participants with everything they need to design a future successful business strategy.

We invite all companies – gas market participants to take advantage of this unique opportunity to present its products, services and projects by exhibiting gas equipment and other advanced gas technologies solutions, promotional posters, leaflets and brochures on indoor and outdoor exhibiton units.

INDOOR EXHIBITION SPACE:

Indoor Exhibition Space is located around the Congress Hall of the Grand Hotel Adriatic and it is divided into thirty-nine booths of different size. Each booth is equipped with the following:

  • One table, dimensions 0,7 m x 0,7 m and two chairs
  • One bill-board, dimensions 1,95 m x 1,05 m
  • One power point 220 V, 50 Hz
  • Wireless Internet

The Indoor space is divided into 6 levels of pricing depending on stand position: A, B, C, D, E, F.

Position A (No. 1) is reserved for main sponsor of the Meeting and the price is determined by the Contract.
Positions B-E (No 2 – 33) are at disposal to all interested parties according to the Price list.
Positions F refers to possibility of exhibiting roll-up posters in the congress hall or along the connecting corridor that leads from the hotel reception to the Exhibition area. Corridor is 27 m long, 2.2 m wide with one 5 m long and 1.25 m deep recess. Roll-up posters should be 1,00 metre wide and max. 2 metres high.

OUTDOOR EXHIBITION SPACE:

Position G (no. 34 – 35) – the Outdoor Exhibition space is located in the parking area in front of the hotel and can be used for displaying the exhibits of the large dimensions or for parking Info Mobil.

Within the assigned exhibit space Exhibitor may distribute catalogues, brochures, or provide visitors with all kinds of information about its products and services, but must not infringe on rights of other Exhibitors. Exhibition space remains open non-stop during the Conference hours (every day from 8 a.m. till 7 p.m.). Within this period the assigned exhibit space should be occupied by registered personnel.
After closing hours (from 7 p.m. till 8 a.m.) hotel management will insure night watching of the exhibition space. CGC is not going to accept any responsibility for loss or damage of the exhibits. Space allocated to the Exhibitor may not be sub-let to other company without the prior permission of the Organizer.

For each rented stand the Exhibitor has benefit of:

  • registration fee for one person
  • one printed and online copy of the Proceedings
  • possibility of video presentation of the company on the video wall in exhibition area
  • highlighting the company’ s name on the conference program, brochure and Proceedings
  • free exhibition passes for 4 visitors (business partners of the Exhibitor) on a one-time basis (*not valid for all three days and is not valid for the employees of the Exhibitor)

Duration of the Exhibition:
from 8:00 on 9th of May, 2018  till 19:00 on 11th of May, 2018

Time for setting up the exhibits:
8th of May, 2018 after 14:00 (2 pm) (the day before opening)

Closing time and breaking down of exhibits:
11th of May th, 2018 till 19:00 (7 pm)

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Please return completed, signed and stamped Order to the Organizer (CPH). Upon receipt of the Order within 8 days the Organizer will inform the Exhibitor about the acceptance of its orders. On 15th of March 2018 the Organizer will send an invoice to Exhibitor. The Exhibitor is required to pay the total amount of the Rental Fee for Rental Exhibition Space within the period of 14 days.

Exhibition space is considered hired out and the Contract comes into force when the Organizer receives the rental amount in full.In case of withdrawal from participating in the Event, there will be no refund given to Exhibitors and Organizer is entitled to retain 100% of total Rental fee. If an Exhibitor fails to make payment in full till the deadline (14 days) the Organizer has a right to offer the Exhibition space to another Exhibitor in interest.
Bank’s transfer costs bears the payer and payee must receive a full amount of registration fee. Please, do not forget to enter IBAN (it will be recorded in Invoice).
