Paper Registration and Abstract Submission

Conference topics and conditions of participation are available HERE.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
All authors and co-authors are required to pay registration fee amounting to 656,25 € (VAT incl.). Organization of poster session is possible.

Papers with promotional character will be presented as round tables (technical-commercial presentations). This type of presentations are charged by a special price.

Authors are responsible for any possible linguistic inaccuracies.

The Croatian Gas Association and the Croatian Gas Centre Ltd., as the joint controllers, process your personal data in order to process your registration, provide you with information relating to the Conference & Exhibition, send offers enabling you to actively participate at the Conference & Exhibition as well as other similar information, including associated marketing materials, all in line with our Privacy Policy.

The Conference & Exhibition are considered a public event and your personal data (name, surname, photographs, title, tittle of your paper) will be published in the Conference & Exhibiton programme, on the organiser’s websites and social media accounts, in the mobile application for the Conference & Exhibition and also in printed and electronic form of the Conference Proceedings. Photographs submitted by the authors will be published in the hardcopy and electronic form of the Conference Proceedings, together with a summary of the papers.

You have the right to object to having your information processed for marketing purposes, in which case it is possible that we will not be able to publish certain personal data publicly or wil will not be able to send you certain materials like newsletter containing information about future event, including this Conference & Exhibition, given that such materials may also contain marketing materials.
